As others have found, it's not designed for English speakers.

This looks like it could be a really good learning tool. If you are going to make it available to English speakers, please make an English language option in game. Not all of us can read Japanese.
I can't read Chinese! Why isn't the app designated as CHINESE LANGUAGE VERSION ONLY!!
